Warblers are back

After this brutal winter, seeing some color in the trees is a dream come true — warblers are back! The first wave of Palm, Yellow-rumped, and Pine Warblers has finally reached southern New Hampshire and they couldn’t be more welcome.

We’ve been hitting our local spots including World End Pond, Ballard Pond, and our backyard to chase the sound of singing warblers and other early migrants.
